Through the variety of services we provide, we make sure each person receives the attention they deserve. TABLE GAMES
Much of our Senior Citizen Community grew up playing family games that brought enthusiastic laughter. Some games require a higher level of thinking, especially for those that appreciate a challenge. Others with limited hearing, eye sight or the ability to make a decision are given much simpler options. During this interactive activity, we do our best to be sure everyone is enjoying themselves!
HANDS ON CRAFTS
Throughout the year, we provide a variety of creative small projects to satisfy creative minds and inspire imagination. From seasonal crafts to monthly options, each craft requires using your hands, different tools, and creativity to try something new! It’s just one of the things that sets our services apart from the rest. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for new memories!
EXERCISE
Physical activity plays a remarkable role, especially in the lives of elderly. Regular exercise is known to improve mood, balance, strength and overall health.  Our team members focus on each groups  abilities while leading stretch, stress away, hand therapy, and various full-body exercises! Hoorah Elder Activities can provide the support senior residents need, and more than happy to offer!
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Nature has it's own way of healing and brightening our day!  We invite residents to grab a sunhat and join us outside for card games, crafts, gardening, or corn hole... among other activities. Spending time outdoors may even help build and maintain a healthy immune system and improve mental health! We go just one step further to help make everyone truly feel at home.
DEMENTIA, ALTZHEIMERS & THE BLIND
We are proud to offer sensory activities that activate and calm the mind; geared toward seniors suffering from Dementia or Alzheimer's disease and the blind. In our activities, all levels of ability are considered and arranged for. Rest assured no one is ignored because of a disability and all are encouraged to join in on the fun!

WHO WE ARE
Hoorah Elder Activities began in 2016, in Phoenix Arizona. Lydia Benchea began pursuing her passion of uniquely impacting seniors with a spark of joy through activities in Assisted Living Homes.
Hoorah is now a team with one heart, that works together in hopes to impact every senior resident throughout the valley!
